Use the Class Curriculum feature to automatically load courses and lessons directly into your students' dashboards—which is a necessary step if you want to use the Gradebook feature (see this article: How to Use the 'Gradebook' to Export Grades).
From your admin interface Classes tab, click on a class name, and then select Class Settings at the upper right of the class page. From the settings page, click the Content Gallery button. There you will see a list of all courses and lessons that are available. For more information, please see this article: What is the difference between Rouxbe COURSES and Rouxbe LESSONS?
Select any offerings that you would like your students to complete, then click Save Curriculum at the bottom of the page. (These modules will be loaded automatically to each student's dashboard. You can add new courses or lessons and Save Curriculum at any time.)

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Be sure to direct students to access their assigned courses and lessons by clicking the My Courses and My Lessons tabs on their dashboards.
They cannot work on the content from the Course Gallery or Lesson Gallery.

The next step for a teacher would be to look and check to see what we have just added as course content show up from the student view... How do we look form this point to be sure the content we have just added is visible to the student?
