Welcome to your plant-based cooking course!

Just log in here: rouxbe.com/login and click the ENROLLED COURSES tab to locate your course. 

You can get started on your course whenever you like. Once you enter the course, you will have 90 days to submit assignments and complete the course to earn the certificate. If you need more time, you can purchase 30-day extensions from your dashboard for only $39.99 USD each (as many as you need and at any time).

Keep in mind that earning the certificate is optional. If you don't wish to be graded, you are free to simply explore the content, watch the videos, and access the recipes and live events at your leisure. In fact, many students take this course for information only and do not wish to take quizzes or upload assignments, and that's fine with us!

You have lifetime access to the material! After you graduate, the only areas locked will be the quizzes, instructor-graded assignments, and the Q&A function. Other than that, you will still have all the lessons, recipes, etc. to review at your leisure.

Take a few minutes to set your goals and tell us a little bit more about yourself. Once logged in you will see your dashboard. Once you start your course, click the "Goals" tab to set your goals. Please complete this entire section and we’ll do our best to help you reach the goals you’ve defined.

Basic equipment is needed throughout the course; we recommend having the following on hand:

• 6 to 10-inch chef’s knife and large cutting board
• Sturdy sauté pan and standard pot set (preferably stainless steel but not required)
• Set of 8 small bowls to show the ingredients for your assignments (they can be various sizes and do not need to match)
• Set of stainless steel or glass bowls, ranging from small to large in size

Live Events — Rouxbe hosts free weekly live events, and you may receive emails about them. You are welcome to attend any live event, but please keep in mind that the Live Events are optional. They are NOT a requirement for your course.

As a reminder, this course is self-paced and available to you 24/7— so you can begin and pause at any time. If you plan to earn the certificate, plan to spend 5-7 hours a week to stay on pace with the timeline.
