How to Ensure Students Have All Classes Through Registration

There are times when a new student registers and all enrollments are not visible, or registration has not been completed. To ensure that all students have the same amount of courses, you will need to “beam” the courses onto their dashboard. 

To get started, click on the class that the student is registered in (provide a screenshot of “Spring 2022 Cohort”

• Select Class Settings, then under Class Curriculum, select Content Gallery (provide screenshot)

Uncheck/Recheck all available courses and select Save Curriculum

Click on the refresh button to ensure new settings have been saved and students have all available courses
