How to Reset a Student’s Course Progress

If a student fails a course, you can reset it by using the following method:

1. Navigate to the student's information page (click the name of the class the student is in, then click on the student's name).
   
   
2. On the Course Progress page, click the title of the course you want to reset.
   
   
3. At the top of the page, click Purge Course Progress. The course will be reset so the student can start over.
