I'd like a way for users to submit feature requests
You can add a topic like this one in your community. End-users can go there to add feature requests and describe their use cases. Other users can comment on the requests and vote for them. Product managers can review them and provide feedback.
If you have an idea for a Help Center feature, you can submit it to Zendesk here: https://support.zendesk.com/forums/1848.

Allowing users to suggest new features and share use cases will help improve products and meet real customer needs. An IQ test can also be a useful tool to assess cognitive abilities and identify areas for personal growth.

In Drift Boss, you will be sliding on a tight, winding road here rather than a huge racetrack, and one mistake might send you hurtling off the road and into nowhere!

This is a great suggestion! Having a dedicated space for feature requests makes perfect sense for community building and improving the platform. It allows users to feel heard and product teams to get direct feedback. I can already imagine some lively discussions happening there! I hope Zendesk also considers some fun features too, maybe even something silly, like customizable avatars to drive around in an Eggy Car on the profile page!

A Snow Day Calculator helps students and parents predict the chances of school closures due to snow. By creating a feature request page, users can suggest improvements—like more accurate forecasts or location-based alerts. This interaction ensures the Snow Day Calculator evolves with real user needs and feedback.

I love the idea of a dedicated space for use cases and feedback. Sometimes, navigating complex product updates can feel like trying to find a working link for https://unblocked-games2.io at school challenging but rewarding when you get it right! Thanks for sharing the Zendesk submission link.
