Good morning, is there any advantage to first fry the meat and then boil over first boil and the fry

  seems like it would be the sear, you cant go back and get sear or char, have you ever poached a hamburger patty then tried to get sear marks

  yes the advantage is when you fry the meat before boiling it
  still maintain the same nutrient .

  Is anyone using DSM 7.2 or later experiencing the AFP security issue again? I see the current release doesn't mention it anymore, but it's not clear if it's completely fixed or just removed from the default. basket random
