Q. How does the Pro Course Subscription plan work?

When you choose the Pro course subscription option, your payments will be set to recur every 30 days. You will have full access to the course content while your subscription is active. You can complete the course at your own pace during your subscription. 

Q. What if I need to pause my payments for a month or more?

You may pause your payments, which will withdraw your enrollment, but save your course progress. Your course will not be accessible until you reactivate your subscription. When you resume your Pro Course monthly subscription payments, your course will reactivate and you can pick up where you left off.

Q. How do I access my certificate after completing the course?

Your certificate along with any additional documentation required for CEs or college credit will become available once you complete the course with a final score of 75% or better. 

Q.  Do you ever offer discounts on the Pro Course Subscription pricing?

All sale or promotional prices apply to the one-time purchase options only (including Affirm or PayPal). Discounts do not apply to the monthly subscription option.

Q. Can I pay off the remaining balance in one payment?

We offer 3 options for paying off the course:

1. If in the first 60 days of starting your subscription you decide to purchase the course in a single payment, we will credit 100% of the monthly payments to the price of the course
2. If between 61-180 days, you decide to purchase the course in a single payment, we will credit 80% of of the monthly payments to the price of the course
3. If between 181-365 days you decide to purchase the course in a single payment, we will credit 60% of the monthly payments to the price of the course.

Q. What if I want to cancel my monthly subscription to the Pro course?

You may cancel your subscription any time before the monthly renewal billing date. However, there are no refunds after 14 days of your initial purchase.
