Is the Culinary Rx course gluten-free?

Although Culinary Rx is not 100% gluten-free, most of the recipes are naturally gluten-free and many gluten-free students take this course. Remember, you do not have to make any recipes that don’t fit within your specific diet plan. One of the key objectives of this course is to provide you with the knowledge and information you need to modify and adapt recipes to fit your specific needs.
