Our refund policy for Essential Vegan Desserts is as follows:
Once you have paid the tuition for this course, 25% of it becomes immediately non-refundable. We understand that there are sometimes unfortunate circumstances that are beyond your control that may require you to withdraw from the course (e.g., medical condition or personal emergency). We want to be supportive during these situations so will work with you on a one-on-one basis to help. However, after 7-days of the course start, there are no refunds.

Hi Elsie,
Thank you for pointing this out. Regarding the statement about the course being refundable within “7-days of the course start”: this means that someone has seven days after opening the course in which to request a 75% refund.
Regarding the “personal emergency” caveat in the refund policy: we reserve the right to make lenient exceptions to our refund policy for people experiencing extenuating circumstances.
