To view membership lessons, select the Lessons tab at the top of your dashboard. Click the Details button on a lesson that interests you. On the next page, on the right side and beneath the photo, click START. This will unlock the lesson modules. To watch all the modules at once, click View All Topic Videos. Or you can click one segment at a time. Once you start a lesson, you can access it from the My Lessons tab on your dashboard.

in the lower right of the frame. If the video is blurry, click the Settings icon 
and select 1080p.
