As a Rouxbe Admin portal Super user, you have the ability to grant a supervisor access to oversee staff at multiple properties.
Log in to your Rouxbe Admin portal and select the ADMIN tab (only Super users have this tab).
Locate the user and click on their first name.
- On the Account Info page, change role to EXEC
- Then click "Manage Settings"
- On the Settings page, click in the field to reveal property names.
- Select the properties you want the EXEC user to manage, and click SUBMIT.
The EXEC user will then have Admin access for the selected properties in their Admin area.

Will the supervisor automatically see all staff members in those properties, or do they need to be added individually?

Yes, the supervisor will automatically see all staff members assigned to each property.
