A course becomes 'locked' when you fail (or pass) a course. Once the course is locked, you can no longer take quizzes or submit assignments—but you can still access all the videos, recipes, and lessons.
If your course is locked and you want to continue working on it, please ask your on-site supervisor or instructor to reactivate the course for you. They can then reset the assignment so you can try again.
REMINDER: Do NOT mark a task as 'Completed' unless you are satisfied with your score. This will prevent your course from closing as failed.
