2. HOW TO RESET A STUDENT'S QUIZ
Your Admin area contains features that allow you to quickly and easily reset a student's quiz or learning activity (so the student doesn't have to go through the Rouxbe Supreme Court appeal process). This option is available in the Course Progress / Assessable Tasks area—it is a black button that says "Reset Assessment."
Start at the Student Enrollments page and locate the student's name (search email address or part of the student's name and click "Requery" (blue arrow on screenshot below).
There will be one entry for each course or lesson the student is enrolled in. Find the course that contains the task that needs resetting. Click directly on the student's name for that course (red arrow).
On the Course Progress page, click Assessable Tasks. Click Reset Assessment for the task that needs to be redone.
Keep in mind that resetting an assessment only works if the course or lesson is "In Progress." If a student has failed a course, you will need to purge their course progress, which resets the particular course or lesson so the student can start over.

On the Course Progress page, click the title of the course you want to reset.
At the top of the page, click Purge Course Progress.

5. HOW TO REMOVE A CLASS
Select the class you wish to delete from the Classes tab.
Click Class Settings in the upper right corner.
On the Class Settings page, scroll down and click "Additional Settings." When the additional settings options appear, click Cancel Class. This will not only delete the class, but all the students registered to that class.
The class won't disappear immediately, in order to allow a teacher one week to cancel the request. (This is a safety measure to prevent the wrong class or students being deleted by mistake.)

6. HOW TO USE THE GRADEBOOK FEATURE

On the Grades page click the 'Export to CSV' link on the bottom left:
This will initiate a CSV export and prompt you to choose where you want to download the file. Once downloaded it will be ready to use.
The export will contain common data for the given course. If you intend on importing the data to a 3rd party system like Canvas you may need to modify the columns. To learn more please see our article on How to Import Grades to 3rd Party Service.
