Welcome to your new C–CAP program and admin interface! We've designed this upgrade with you and your students in mind, to provide a more seamless experience.
All instructors and students have been enrolled in two new comprehensive courses: Culinary Foundations, Levels 1 & 2. You will notice these courses on your dashboard. Together, these two courses provide 110 hours of content—the same content Rouxbe deploys in over 1,200 locations, including leading restaurants, senior living facilities, and hotels such as Marriott International, Hyatt, Four Seasons, Fairmont and others.
Get started by logging in at ccap.rouxbe.com/login. You won't be able to access your Admin area if you log in at rouxbe.com.

ENROLLING STUDENTS INTO A CLASS
First, click the Classes tab, then navigate to your class page by clicking on the class name (e.g., 1st Period—Advanced Culinary Skills).

On the class page, select +Add Students to reveal the unique link for that class. From there, you have two options to enroll new students.
Option one (Recommended) — The class link is a direct link to the student registration page and contains the secure access code to your class.
Click the little clipboard icon to the right of the class link to copy it (do not click on the link itself). Then paste the link however you choose to share it (through email, Google Classroom, intranet or other learning management systems).
When students click on the link, they will be taken to the secure registration page, where they will be prompted to create their accounts; students with existing accounts that click on the link will appear in your class, as well.
Option two — you can add students to your class by clicking the Add Students via Student Email Address option (located below the class link). Enter students' email addresses into the text box (you can add as many as needed), separated by a comma. Then click Send. Students who have not yet created an account will receive the link via email to set up their account.

HOW TO INVITE ANOTHER INSTRUCTOR TO JOIN
To grant administrative access to another teacher at your school, first click Admin at the top of your Rouxbe dashboard. Go to the Utilities tab and fill out the Add a User form. Select Teacher from the dropdown bar and click Submit.
This will create an account for the teacher and send them an email with instructions to set their password. Upon creating a password the teacher will be redirected into the school account and have access to administrative features. (Only teachers can register another teacher into their school's account.

USING ADDITIONAL ROUXBE CONTENT
As a C-CAP teacher, you are welcome to use Rouxbe COURSES or LESSONS for your classes as well as the C-CAP courses.
To do this, please use the Manage Curriculum feature to automatically load courses and lessons directly into your students' dashboards—which is a necessary step if you want to use the 'Gradebook' feature (see this article: How to Use the 'Gradebook' to Export Grades).
From your admin interface Classes tab, click on a class name, and then select Class Settings at the upper right of the class page. From the settings page, click the Manage Curriculum button.
There you will see a list of all courses and lessons that are available. Select any offerings that you would like your students to complete, then click Save Curriculum at the bottom of the page. The video below illustrates this process. (These modules will be automatically loaded onto each student's dashboard. You can add new courses or lessons at any time.)
