Can't find student account?

If you have a student who says they have an account, but you cannot find it, it is likely they opened a free trial account instead of registering properly. You can easily fix this though.

Just copy the link for the class they should be in, and post it in your classroom area or paste it into a message for the student. When they click on the link, it will convert their account to a student account in your class.
