How to reset a student's assessment

Rouxbe now has an option for you to quickly and easily reset a student's quiz or learning activity (so the student doesn't have to go through the Rouxbe Supreme Court appeal process). This option is available in the Course Progress Assessable Tasks area—it is a black button that says "Reset Assessment."

Start at the Student Enrollments page and locate the student's name (search email address or part of the student's name and click "Requery" (blue arrow on screenshot below).

There will be one entry for each course or lesson the student is enrolled in. Find the course that contains the task that needs resetting. Click directly on the student's name for that course (red arrow).

On the Course Progress page, click Assessable Tasks. Click Reset Assessment for the task that needs to be redone.
