Can’t find a student account?

 
If a student says they have an account, but you can’t find it, it is likely they created a free trial account instead of registering properly. This can be fixed easily.

1. 1. Click on the class the student should be registered in and select Add Students.
      
      
   2. Confirm Add Students via Unique Class Link is selected. Then, click the clipboard icon to the right of the class link. The class link will be highlighted in pink to show it has been copied.

   3. Paste the link in an email and send to the student.
      
      
   4. When the student clicks on the link, it will convert their account to a student account for that particular class. You will then be able to see the student listed in the class.
